4.2 Return requests must be made in writing directly to callicia@calliciastore.com within 14 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without prior approval. Return shipping is chargeable to vendor.
4.3 Once the return has been approved by us, we only accept returns of unused, unwashed, and undamaged products.
5. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at callicia@calliciastore.com with 14 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Please also promptly email us with clear photos of the damage and your order number. Approved returns will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14 days after receipt.
6. Refunds
After approval return from callicia store, you can send us the product packed, with the original packaging to the address that will be provided. All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that respect the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return. callicia store reserves the right not to accept product that does not fulfill the above mentioned conditions.
